Great experience. I had a severe toothache and the office was able to get me in first thing the next morning. Dr Koksal and all of the staff were extremely welcoming and put me at ease through the entire process. I will definitely be using them for all my families dental needs in the future.
Dr Koksal practically had to rebuild my entire mouth with an upper denture and a partial lower. He held to the highest standard and completely fixed years of settling for a bad situation.To say I recommend him is an understatement he and his staff are the very best!
My son had to have 2 cavities filled and he was scared to death to get a shot in his mouth. The staff were so great with him, he didn't even know he got 2 shots. Dr. Koksal is amazing, he showed my son exactly what he was going to do and what tools he was going to use, and made the whole process a positive experience. Keep up the good work, you guys are all amazing!!
I am new in town and didn't have a dentist yet. On July 4, I had a crown come off. I was able to get in the next day after I called for an appointment. Jen, Michelle and Dr. Koksal were all amazing! I bet I was there less than 20 minutes and the crown was back in place and I was on my way back to work. The excellent service and how friendly they all are made my decision very easy...this will be my new dentist office!
Recently new patient to this facility, but will say it's likely my last "new dentist office". These people are exceptionally kind, caring and gentle souls who are all masters of their craft. Dr Hubert performed a root canal on one of my teeth and an extraction of another via my last appt, was in a bit of pain after the anesthetic wore off post procedure, Dr Hubert personally called me after hours to aid with the situation. The following morning I was out of pain and have been since 4 days later, Thank u Dr Hubert. And Jen up front in the office prolly has to be one of the nicest and most professional coordinators i have ever met. Thank you Jen. Marsha, my hygienist, what a cool gal who is a master of her craft as well, thanks Marsha. In the suffix of this review I would just like to state that most people will ALWAYS take the time to leave negative feedback for a service and rarely exhaust the same effort to boast positive feedback, situations like this, it is extremely warranted that this kind of service & care rendered to a patient be acknowledged towards these wonderful human beings. Thank u again Dr Hubert & staff. 😀
