This place has gone majorly downhill since Dr. Capetta’s departure in January. The practice is completely disorganized, has poor customer service, and now accepts very few insurance providers. I called 3 times about a billing issue from June 2025 and on the third call, I finally got a response that there was nothing they could do. Go somewhere else if you want quality service and people who care about their patients!
Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and had the most amazing experience. Dr. Ranucci and the team made sure I felt extremely comfortable and the procedure took exactly 1 hr so I was in and out. My husband was able to sit in the room with me which made me feel even more comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much Dr. Ranucci and team for taking care of me!
Dr. Ranucci and his staff are professional and reassuring. I was kept updated as to when I would be seen and the procedure proved to be painless and with little to no discomfort. I even watched a short video, while still in the chair, that explained what to expect after the procedure and they took the time to answer any additional concerns I had. I would give 10 stars if I could!
While I had a good experience with the doctor at this practice, I unfortunately have to leave a one star review. Beware of this practice’s shady billing practices. Years after my visit, I was blindsided by a surprise bill, despite having written confirmation at the time that my account was paid in full. When I asked for clarification, I wasn’t given proper documentation or a clear explanation — instead, they literally sent me Google search results to justify the charges. This felt incredibly scammy, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I almost never leave negative reviews for local businesses, but this situation was so outrageous that I feel obligated to warn others. Rather than taking responsibility and correcting their mistake, they sent the bill to collections, creating unnecessary stress and anxiety over a charge that should never have existed in the first place. If this is how they handle billing, I seriously question the integrity of their entire operation. Beware, and keep thorough records if you ever decide to go here — or better yet, take your care somewhere far more transparent and trustworthy.
Dr William Ranucci and his staff were unbelievable. They were able to take me in right away. The procedure was performed quickly and without pain. Let’s hope he never retires. Outstanding
