I had an excellent experience with this dentist office. The moment I arrived I witnessed friendly and professional atmosphere. The assistant took me back and described the steps we were taking to evaluate the situation. After some easy steps I met the dentist and he explained the what and why and when. Within minutes the tooth was extracted and I was being coached on the care and things to do for fast healing. During the visit it was a friendly and fun environment. I was very impressed when the dentist thanked and complimented the assistant for an excellent job she did for preparing the extraction. I would recommend this dentist in a heart beat. I will be a patient there after being with out a dentist in the past
My husband referred me to RLJ dental because I was not happy with my former dentist. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They were able to get to the "root" of my issue. The office staff are friendly and accountable and the hygenists are very skilled. Dr Lang is kind and direct, which I appreciate. It has been a good experience, which is saying something because dentists give me anxiety. Thank you, Dr. Lang and staff!
RLJ was the first dentist recommended to us when we moved to town 6 years ago and we've been with them since, always super friendly and sociable. The team here is great.
The hygienist and doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk associate was warm and friendly. All around comfortable and welcoming environment!
Poor experience. On new patient paperwork I indicated having an issue with the back of my front tooth, they did 4 small fillings, one felt rough and gave me difficulty with flossing, it took me back to their office twice. Dentist was rough and rude. The first time I came back he said “you’re not crazy there’s a ridge there” I didn’t think I was. The second time he got pissed I couldn’t verbalize more technically were my issue was, I could only say it feels like this tooth and point, what else can you tell them? He scrapes the tooth (fixed it), while cramming the sunglasses provided into my eyes and then telling me it’s tartar build up, but they’d not mentioned a tartar problem during my cleaning the month before. Obviously he didn’t care I had indicated a problem in that area before he ever got involved, not surprised as fast and rough as he handles you through an appointment. We deserve better care than this guy gives.
