Really bad experience, since the beginning the receptionist was kind of rude and some point racism. Our appointment was at 3:15pm and they ended up calling us at 3:35pm plus another 20 minutes in the room and no one check on us really disappointing service I don’t know how this place has 4.8 as ratings. Please improve your schedule so you can have better quality on the wait time ?
Highly recommended. Best compliment I can give to a surgeon is that I don't need to see them again :) Had wisdom teeth extraction done, after care support/access to on call nurses/follow up appointment were all first class. Although I have insurance, eye balling the out of pocket costs they seemed reasonable.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Robert Urquhart is truly the best oral surgeon I’ve ever encountered. I recently underwent oral surgery with Dr. Urquhart, via Aspen Dental and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I sat in his chair, I felt safe, respected, and cared for. He has a calming presence, very Businesslike however he explained everything clearly, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible before, during, and after the procedure. The surgery itself went smoother than I could have imagined—I had zero pain or anxiety, and his technique and professionalism were unmatched. His staff was also incredible—kind, attentive, and I felt like it was well-organized. Considering I had never even met this man ! I’ve had a few surgeries in my life, but Dr. Urquhart stood out in every way. I am truly thankful for his care and feel confident recommending him to anyone in need of oral surgery. He’s not just great at what he does—he’s exceptional.
I'm not a big fan of going for dental work due to bad experiences in the past.well, that changed after seeing Dr Urquhart. Good demeanor, compassionate, follows up to see how you are doing after a procedure. Had to have a tooth extracted, first one in over 40 years and it was painless and quick. Based on past childhood experiences, I really did not want to go but glad I did. Office staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this practice and Dr!
Really liked Dr. Urquhart and his staff. I had an appointment that was a month away and asked if they had any cancellations to squeeze me in for a consultation. They squeezed me in no problem on the day I called. Dr. Urquhart was professional and very nice! They had me back on the schedule about 3 weeks later when it worked with my schedule. In addition, the entire team took great care of me and ensured my concerns were answered. Will definitely go back if I need any oral surgery.
