I had part one of my root canal done today and when I tell you I was having the worst anxiety going into this, I’m not kidding. As soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted with kindness. Everyone was so kind and put me at ease. When Dr Robertson administered the Novacaine I hardly felt it at all, even the shot in the roof of my mouth. Dr Robertson explained everything he was doing throughout the root canal and checked to make sure I was ok. He explained my X-rays to me and truly took his time during the procedure. I cannot recommend him enough. If you ever need to have a root canal I HIGHLY recommend Dr Robertson.
My experience with Dr Robertson has been nothing but excellent across the board. With 2 procedures only a few weeks apart, I can say that I couldn't have had better care anywhere. The setting is very calm and restful, the staff are all so kind and my treatment was completely pain free. Dr Robertson's calm manner immediately puts you at ease and his careful explanation of each step of the procedures was also much appreciated. My post procedure care was thoroughly explained to me before I left. I received follow-up calls after each procedure to check on me. Very minimal post surgery pain and swelling. I highly recommend Dr Robertson, he definitely receives 5 well-earned stars from me
I was there with my husband who was the patient. I was, at my request, permitted in the exam room during the original evaluation and the re-examination. Dr. Robertson is professional, kind and courteous, as is his staff. He explained everything in detail. I asked many questions to which he answered each and every one. We were never rushed. His staff has great follow up abilities which was most appreciated. They called to check on my husband the day after his root canal. We had a concern (which we weren't sure if it were normal) which prompted his staff to follow up weekly. They then scheduled a followup to check out the concern. Dr. Robertson thoroughly checked it out and put our concerns at ease. Never were we made to feel like an inconvenience. I should also add we were provided with a treatment plan and cost of treatment before any work was done. No surprise fees or extras which made us very happy. Kim Stewart
I went to Dr. Robertson f0or a root canal that was one of many others I have had performed by other dentists in the past. The previous root canals that were performed were very painful and took two seperate appointments to complete. In contrast, the root canal that Dr. Robertson performed was not uncomfortable at all and I actually drifted off to sleep during the procedure. Dr. Robertson was very thorough and took precautions that I had never had before by other dentists. Following the root canal, I have had absolutely no problems. I highly recommend Dr. Robertson!!!
I had a root canal done and the staff was very welcoming and professional. I was fit into the schedule as an emergency. Dr. Robertson explained everything he was doing, which made me feel more comfortable. My experience was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend his office!
