I have never had a bad experience at this dental office. My husband & I have used them for 2 years. Everyone from the receptionists when we walk in the door to the tech that does the hard work. I'm ashamed of my teeth. From the tech to the dentist Dr Sidd. I love the surgeon Dr Jackson. Every single person made me feel comfortable and never once judged. Kristin is a wonderful. One day, I will make Dr Sidd crack up.

Im from out of town and my front tooth cap popped off. I called Rock Family Dental, and not only did they get me in to fix it the same day but it was extremely reasonably priced. They were wonderful and I definitely recommend them.

Going to the dentist! I think that most people have had a bad experience one time or another. Rock Family Dental had great reviews so I thought I would book an appointment and try them out. Their staff was organized, knowledgeable and friendly. The dentist took his time explaining his care plan for me. The only complaint that I had was the scheduling of what is referred to as Deep Cleaning. Yes my teeth are horrible from not going to the dentist on a regular basis. In fact, I had not been to a dentist since 2016. I simply wanted to start out with a proper cleaning and having a crown placed on a back molar. Those two requests did not happen. I should have spoke up and told the dentist that I would agree to the Deep Cleaning after the crown and regular cleaning. I will contact the clinic after the holiday and speak with the office manager to address my concerns. Overall I would recommend Rock Family Dental for you and your family.
