I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind right away. My dental hygienist was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. The dentist was just as warm and approachable, and even brought some humor into the visit, which I really appreciated. She took the time to clearly explain her initial thoughts and feedback about a filling I wanted corrected as a new patient, and made sure I understood everything. Overall, it was truly a great experience and I felt very well taken care of.
After having an old crown break away, I called Rock Island Dental Associates and although my appointment could not be scheduled immediately, I was given a reasonable appointment date. While waiting for my appointment, I received a call to come in 3 days prior. I appreciate their efforts to get me in expeditiously. They took great care of me and made my experience pleasant. They have state of the art equipment which allowed all work to be done that day in their office. I'm thankful for the no stress experience.
Rock Island Dental Associates is absolutely amazing! They truly work with my crazy schedule and always find a way to fit me in. Every visit is a great experience—the entire staff is so pleasant and genuinely happy to have you in the office. Amber is an incredible office coordinator and keeps everything running smoothly. Dawn is wonderful when it comes to patient calls and answering any financial questions that come up. Mary does an amazing job communicating next steps and checking patients in, making the whole process seamless. Katie is an outstanding hygienist—she is always thorough with my cleanings and never fails to compliment my teeth, which is such a confidence boost. She also takes the time to check in about my personal life, which really shows how much she cares. And of course, both doctors are fantastic. They are always a joy to see and truly keep my pearly whites smiling every time I’m there. I would recommend this office to everyone I know and to the community. I’m so happy to be a patient at such an amazing all-women dental office!
This is hands down the best dental office I have been to. After a bad experience somewhere else, I had bad anxiety about going to the dentist. I explained that when I called to make an appointment, and every single person from the receptionist to the dentist made sure that I was comfortable all the way through the process. It was also the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this office enough!
This was an absolutely amazing experience! From walking in to the reception area to kind smiles, to the amazing hygienists who make you feel comfortable during any sort of procedure, & lastly to the super informative doctors who guide you in the right direction. I thoroughly recommend any one the the QC area to rethink their dental care and come to Rock Island Dental Associates!
