DO NOT trust them with your care or money. I had a horribly traumatic experience with a tooth removal where the doctor (Dr. Lane) refused to provide sedation that I had already paid for once I was already in the chair and hooked up to the IV. I was told by the office staff that it would actually end up being cheaper and I would be receiving a refund. I then received an invoice for another several hundred dollars to be paid. When I called and spoke to the office manager about this discrepancy, they told me they had made a mistake with my insurance billing and I was actually owed $150 and they would mail a check within 3 weeks. It took me another 5 months and several phone calls with every level of customer service and billing to finally have them follow through and mail me the check. I will NEVER use or recommend them again.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Burgon. Both he and his assistant, Shelby, were wonderful. This was the best experience I have had a Rockcliff, since Dr. Parworth retired. Both were patient and professional Dr.Burgon was extremely knowledgeable, but with the added ingredients of seeming to care about the patient and inspiring confidence. Dr. Burgon took the time to explain the findings on the lower mandibular CT scan taken several weeks ago by another doctor, and also point out the area of concern on my left torus. I could feel that he was passionate about his work and that he was confident that he could address the problem surgically.
Customer service was outstanding. The staff told me what to accept and the order things that would take place from now. The dentist came in, reviewed my past medical and then reviewed the new x-ray. She told me the extraction and exacty how it would be when i gp hpme. I felt very comfortable their.
Efficient office. Very kind and professional. Every interaction was comforting and informative . I love seeing a team seemingly hitting on all cylinders . I hope I don’t need the use of an oral surgeon ever again but I would recommend this office to any one of my family members or friends. Thank you.
Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions. They were very understanding about my anxiety around my wisdom teeth removal and helped me feel more prepared. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends for oral surgery needs!
