I had periodontal surgery. I think the care was excellent. The explanation of what was going to be done and why was clear. I was given the information needed to prepare, especially what I need to eat for the two weeks following surgery. Any questions I had were answered. Dr. Haradon was my surgeon I was confident in his ability. I recommend the practice and him. The entire staff was excellent.
I 100% recommend Rocky Mountain Periodontal. Dr. Geoffrey Haradon and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manner. I had three procedures completed and felt genuinely cared for and well-informed throughout the nearly three-hour appointment. Dr. Haradon personally called me afterward to check on my recovery and answer any follow-up questions, which truly speaks to the level of care they provide. The office is pristine, the equipment is state-of-the-art, and the staff is consistently friendly and professional. An outstanding experience from start to finish.
My first visit with RM Periodontal was exceptional. The receptionist (Laura) was professional, kind, and a pleasure to talk to. Dr Lackler and Eve are a team. They work so well together; you would think they use mental telepathy. I was so impressed with the diagnosis & surgical explanation. They made me feel so at ease. Dr. Geoffrey Haradon is the best dentist I have ever known, I started seeing his in the early 2000s. When other dentist need a specialist they will send you to him. He takes the time to explain all needed dental procedures. He will treat you as a person not just another patient. I highly recommend Dr. Haradon for your specialized dental needs.
Dr Lackler and Eve were incredibly sweet and supportive through my surgery! They made me feel very comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised that Dr Lackler contacted me personally to check in! Never had that level of compassion before. However while literally on drugs for my appointment, some woman at the desk was making me feel stupid for thinking I could do the Care Credit option. Leaving me incredibly stressed during and after. I came in with the understanding that the Care Credit option could be taken care of upon payment, as it was on the print out right under their in house installment options, which explicitly say that you can figure out payment on the day of surgery IN the office 🙄 Never once was I asked for my insurance information before my visit, or when I arrived. They don't even ask when you do your intake forms, which makes it seem like they don't take any and just want to scam you into paying in full out of pocket. I had to call and ask them to bill!! (which they didn't even do since I didn't receive confirmation that my claim was received, I'm starting to worry that they typed my insurance information incorrectly). For me, it does not take more than 3 business days for a claim to be in a pending/review state, haven't received a single email. Will have to say that the company needs to train their receptionists better. I truly felt like I was being steered wrong to get taken advantage of, I'm not sure if it is because or how I look, or my age, but I am disappointed with the customer service.
