Great experience friendly, attentive customer service. Carmen De La Cruz did an excellent job. I was nervous but she made me feel very welcome and comfortable made it easy and fast service. Dentist Merta was very professional any questions I had he kindly explained and responded. He did an excellent job on my teeth .
The staff was very friendly and courteous; however, the efficiency and wait time were an issue. Even with a scheduled appointment, the visit took over two hours. Improving turnaround time would greatly enhance the overall experience.
I had a great experience at Dental rodeo, and I especially want to recognize Karmela De La Cruz for her outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and went above and beyond to make my visit stress-free. Customer service like hers truly makes a difference. The office was welcoming, well-organized, and efficient, but Karmela’s positive attitude and genuine care stood out the most. I highly recommend Dental rodeo and hope anyone visiting gets the chance to be assisted by her!
Carmen de la Cruz was very gentle and explain everything too me. & Bianca was very patience with my daughter & Mr Lee was fantastic very energetic and very friendly! Definitely recommended
I always get good care here, everything is very clean and the staff is very professional. There’s games for the kids to get entertained and look forward to their dentist visit haha. Movies in the waiting room too and that area is also always clean :) Ms. Olga Garcia checked in on me to make sure everything was going alright. 5/5 stars
