I rarely leave comments or write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this dental care center to help them avoid potential scams. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. They called me to schedule an appointment and emphasized the importance of arriving on time. I followed their instructions and arrived promptly. However, after 20 minutes of waiting, they finally called me in, telling me to prepare for the procedure. I was brought into the operating room, but ended up waiting another 20 minutes without any updates. I could hear the dentist, Deimian, working on other patients while I sat there, feeling neglected. When I finally went out and asked about the delay, Deimian came and said that he could finish my dental work in 15 minutes?! Can you believe that?! He said it is up to me whether I want to wait or come back later. He offered me a $10 discount for the inconvenience and only a word "sorry" to excuse this situation! Almost two hours of my time to come and get back, plus my energy and cost, were simply wasted like this. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of respect for customers and their time, and how they can ruin your day. If a customer delays a bit, these people won't accept their appointment or fine them; however, customers should tolerate a similar but much worse action from their side! Their focus seems to be solely on making money, rather than providing quality care and managing appointments properly. I strongly advise against wasting your money, time, and energy on this practice.
