I have been a patient at Rome Smiles for several years and am so impressed with Dr. Scharnhorst and his wonderful staff! Amy has been my dental hygienist for years and she is so friendly, kind and very professional. Dr. Scharnhorst is one of the best dentists I have been to, and his gentle demeanor is so reassuring. He and his staff will go above and beyond to accommodate any needs or concerns you may have. I would highly recommend using Rome Smiles and am sure you will be extremely happy with the outstanding care you receive!
Incredible staff, friendly atmosphere, and exceptional care provided. I experienced intense pain from a protruding wisdom tooth which Dr. Patel was able to extract at my first visit. I was incredibly happy to have that taken care of ASAP. Aside from the professionalism and care provided, I left feeling as if I made a bunch of friends. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I look forward to my next visit with this incredible team. Special shoutout to Emily and Brandy who made my visit all the more enjoyable!
First time going here. Everyone there was so nice & made me feel super comfortable! I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and they were able to do it same day with no problems. It was probably the easiest/best dentist experience I’ve had.
After a few days of excruciating pain from a broken tooth, I knew it was time to make a call. I honestly just Googled top dentist offices in Rome, and Rome Smiles popped up. I gave them a call and by some stroke of luck, they had an immediate opening. I trucked it over there asap and got checked in. The woman at the front desk couldn't have been nicer, and even gave me a tour of the facility after check-in. Was introduced to the hygienist, then the dentist, Dr. Patel. Now, full disclosure, I am a big chicken when it comes to dental visits. However, these absolute professionals made me feel calm and put my mind at ease. Within the same visit, I ended up having a tooth extraction. Truth be told, it took longer for the numbing meds to kick in than the extraction itself. Absolutely amazing experience, and best of all: I'm pain free. They have a new patient from here on out. Definitely recommend Rome Smiles.
The front desk staff is so pleasant and welcoming. Amy cleaned my teeth and was efficient and made me comfortable. I would recommend this practice for your dental care.
