I went to Dr Hinton with my teeth a mess. He is very knowledgeable and has done great things to repair my smile. His office has been excellent about working with my schedule to get me worked in when it works best for me. Stacy has been very patient with all my calls and questions as well. He and his entire office staff are very friendly and treat you with kindness and respect.
Dr. Hinton was very nice. He pulled my 2 teeth so fast, I barely knew when he was done!! He was very thorough. I appreciated him. The office staff and techs were so nice too. I was calm through it all. They set me up for a good experience. Thank you all!!! 😀
I took my son here because he had a bad toothache. I will never take my son or any family member back. He was very rude and acted like we were bothering him. My son was scared of the dentist. When we left he was even more scared of them. They didn't take x-rays or nothing. Dr. Hinton was degrading my son and said he never brushed his teeth which was a straight lie. He is 8 and we had been working on him to brush his teeth better. If u have kids I would for sure never take my kids to him.
If I could give less than one star, I would. This office never provided any service to me, never even looked in my mouth! I had x-rays taken at the dental hygiene department at the college. I had those sent over to this dentist. I was new in town. He only spoke with the assistant, setting up a plan. Then he left. She kept typing and when I was finally able to glance at the screen, I said, no way, and got up to leave. She kept talking and I kept walking. Now I have been receiving bill statements from them for months. Waiting for them to get their records straight, they instead sent it to a collector! They are charging me $57. for doing nothing! After reading the other reviews, sounds like I got off easy! I went to a different dentist recommended by a co-worker, and received good care.
I am very happy that I chose Dr. Hinton as I was not happy with the dentist I was using. Dr Hinton was very caring and went out of his way to make things right. I tell people if you need a dentis he's the man to go to. Norma F.
