My dentist recommended ROOT for my gum problem.I had Lanap surgery and it was very successful and not painful. I suffered mild discomfort. All personnel are so kind, pleasant and efficient, interested only in my care and comfort. If you need a periodontist or an implant, use ROOT. They have several locations and you will be glad you did.
I had such a good experience here from their staff and I got the exact results I needed. I was so nervous to get gum graft surgery but I felt extremely welcomed by the staff at root and they helped make my experience as painless as possible. Georgia at the front desk is awesome. I usually struggle with names, but she is someone I remember bc she is always smiling and greeting me so warmly. Doctor Shepherd did my surgery and I am so grateful I chose Root I was in good hands.
I had a root canal become infected which required an extraction. I had the procedure done yesterday morning at the Dallas location. Dr. Patel and his staff were 1st class through the whole process! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use ROOT. I highly recommend ROOT Periodontal & Implant Center!
My final implant being placed. Dr. Patel is painless, very professional and pleasant. As well as, all the office staff. I never feel anxious coming to ROOT for dental work. I've kept most of my natural teeth & replace a few with implants. My retirement gift to myself.
The receptionist Georgia could not be more kind. She’s very sweet and always trying to work with you. The hygienist is awesome. Make sure you don’t have any pain or discomfort at all and does a great job at cleaning my teeth and the dentist is very nice. Super down-to-earth, kind of feel like you’ve done them all your life.
