I couldn’t have been more pleased and satisfied. What an amazing crew. Dr McCombs and Wendy made me feel so comfortable. Ariel is so helpful at the front desk always helping to accommodate your schedule needs. Andy, Taya and Mackenzie are all pleasant and ready to assist in any way to help. I’m so fortunate to have found great dentist, finally! Nothing but good experience for me and my family of six.
Never have I been at a dentist office, where as soon as I walk in, I feel loved. From the receptionist to the dental assistants to the most amazing Dr. McComb, the expertise and kindness emitted through the walls of the building! I am so grateful beyond words as to what this entire staff has done for me. I have had such horrific experiences in my past dental life that just walking into a dentist office triggers PTSD for me. Dr. McComb explained everything so patiently and ensured I knew what was going to be happening step-by-step, always checking with me to make sure I was doing ok. This entire team is absolutely the best I’ve ever been to in my 66 years! I will never ever go to any other dentist as long as I live here in Clark County! I highly highly recommend him and his team for any of your dental needs. Thank you to Dr McComb and your entire staff, you are all angels and I am so grateful for all your tender loving care.
Be prepared for a good thorough review. I recently became a patient of Roots Dental & I’m so thankful they are in network for my insurance. The office is very clean & warm & their front desk staff are very courteous & helpful. After my initial consult, I needed a cleaning & some fillings. Dr. McCombs & his dental staff were extraordinary - knowledgeable & friendly. A special shoutout to Dr. McCombs - as he was preparing to do my fillings, we had to use novocaine. His application of the numbing gel & shot was so quick & painless that I thought to myself “he’s a novocaine ninja”. I had a follow up appointment with their dental hygienist & she was cordial & well informed & instead of chiding me for not doing a good enough job brushing my teeth, she was positive & encouraging, which moved me more to be proactive about my dental well being. So thankful to find this team & would highly recommend
I was in for a consultation for single tooth implants. Dr. McCombs was truly amazing. I was impressed with his bedside manner, digital imaging and treatment plan. He took time to explain to me in details about his approach. The staff were also wonderful and friendly. The office is beautifully decorated. However, I haven’t made a decision yet because of the cost. It’s a lot more than 4 other places I consulted. I’d choose Roots dental in a heartbeat if price is not a concern. Still debating…
Everyone was great! The ladies at the front, Ariel & Kim were really helpful and kind Taya who took my X-rays, my hygienist, Mackenzie did a fantastic job - probably the best I’ve had, and Dr. McCombs was really informative, professional, and found things my previous office missed. I highly recommend Roots Dental. Hands down
