Dr. Humphrey and the staff at Rose Rock are just great. I appreciate them all so much. So friendly and patient but also professional. They have made going to the dentist so much easier for someone like me who has always been terrified of dental work. Thank you all for the efforts and kindness. And the quality of work that you do! Rose Rock Dental is a pleasant place to go. Friendly and happy staff, always making certain one is comfortable and having needs met. Dr Humphrey does great work and is a super fine man. (Leave out the fine and he’d be Superman!) 😆
I will refer any of my friends needing a dentist to come see you…from Max to Alexa, to the amazing dentist and to Ashley (who gave me my treatmentt plan), there couldn’t be any folks better than this staff. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I came in the door! I have to have work done in a week and I am so grateful my husband referred me to them!♥️ he was right, for sure!
Every visit I work myself up and worry but each visit they make me so comfortable. They are upfront and prices are very fair. Maxine at the front desk is one of a kind. She is amazing! Literally she is the first person I see when I walk in and she greets me with a big smile! I highly recommend this place .
Had a terrible experience here. My appointment wasn't great, the hygienist splattered water, toothpaste, and fluoride all over my face and didn't clean it off or apologize. I literally walked to my car with green dots on my forehead. They told me I was all good to leave without paying and then sent me a bill for $40 with no context two weeks later. I was confused and reached out and they told me that actually, they didn't charge me the full amount and I actually had to pay $140. They then told me three different things every time I spoke to them: a) they weren't in network with my insurance b) they were in network, but my insurance coverage wasn't full coverage (which isn't true) and c) my insurance makes me pay a deductible for my cleanings (also not true). Finally, I called my insurance after not getting a real answer from them and they let me know that the OFFICE is in network with my insurance, but the DENTIST isn't. This is not listed ANYWHERE on their website. As a college student trying to find a dentist by myself for the first time, I had NO IDEA that this was something I needed to be aware of. I went through 5 people at the office, none of whom clarified this for me despite seeing my obvious young age and knowing I was a student. I am very frustrated with this dentist office and do not recommend coming here. They were extremely misleading and unhelpful when I wanted clarification.
