I had a great experience at Ross Family Dental. I was able to walk in and be seen quickly without a long wait during walk in hours. Dr. Ross took the time to properly diagnose my issue, put me on medication, and within two weeks I was able to get my tooth pulled with no complications. Everyone was friendly, relatable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Ross Family Dental for anyone looking for prompt and compassionate care
I’ve been going to Ross Family Dental for years, and every visit has been great. Drs. Alison and Andrew Ross are incredibly kind and truly care about their patients. Everyone there is super nice. The front desk team is welcoming and always ready to help, whether it’s working around your schedule or calling you right away when an opening becomes available. The hygienists are awesome, and my recent cleaning with Sarah was a perfect example. She gently helps you feel relaxed, and does a very careful and thorough job. I really appreciate the great care they provide.
We love Ross Family Dental Clinic. They treat everyone very nice starting at the front desk and getting to the back. The staff makes my children very comfortable during their visit. Today was an AWESOME experience with Kaylin. She was so professional, friendly, and detailed. I literally hate getting a cleaning, but she made me feel so relaxed and it was painless as well. I absolutely love the Ross Family Dental Clinic! I truly feel like a family member every time I visit this dental office, and I find myself getting excited when it’s time for me to get a cleaning! Drs. Alison and Andrew Ross are two of the kindest and most genuine individuals I have ever been around. They are intentional with every interaction they have and take specific interests in their patients as people too. I cannot say enough incredible words about these doctors, their staff, and the clinic as a whole!
