I am so happy I found this place for the moment I walked in. I was a new patient. I was greeted by Receptionista nice lady. Who gave me a nice little welcome gift and helped me find my insurance information since I forgot my card. Very helpful than when I was gone to the back everybody was so professional so nice and communicated everything that they did. It’s been a long time since I had a dentist office actually be this efficient and people being kind and communicating everything that was being done that makes a big difference when you I want to be comfortable where you’re going and they did that. I’m definitely looking forward to going back. When making my next appointment it was booked. Text message was sent before I even made it to the car.I’m so thankful for all the staff that was so kind and the doctor as well and the office is super clean. I’m very happy.
I am not fond of going to the dentist, but one of my caps broke off and I had to have it fixed. My son recommended ROTEM Dental and they got me in quickly. I was in and out in about an hour with a new temporary cap in place. The staff is friendly and calmed my fears. Dr. Rotem was marvelous. He explained everything he was doing. Thank you ROTEM for making me feel at home. Highly recommend!
I scheduled an appointment and they got me in immediately. The staff was super friendly and talked me through every step. I saw Dr. Yang and she extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood my treatment plan. I felt comfortable and safe here. I would recommend to family and friends.
Fantastic dentist office. Saw my husband the same day. He had a terrible toothache. Couldn’t get anybody to see him. They welcomed him within an hour. It took quite a while for them to get the tooth out. It was so bad. So I thanked them and they took very good care of him gave him medication to take for a few days so he wouldn’t even get any infection. If you need a good dental office, I suggest you use this one.
My reply to Rotem's reply below: Rotem gave me a BS reply for taking me in 45 minutes late. If they couldn't take me in until 1:45 they should have made the appointment for 1:45 or 2;00, not 1:00. BTW the office was NOT busy. Rotem's general tone on other points was condescending, and he stopped short of calling me ignorant. But his message was clear. Very unprofessional. I could write much more about other issues and his distortions and irrelevance but I'd be here much too long. Read my review about Garden State Smiles. Very well run and professional. They really put Rotem to shame. Now my original post followed by Rotem's 'hot air' reply: I have a broken tooth that's causing me tremendous pain. I was brought in 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Everything there was wait, wait, wait. After an hour and a half I was told it needed to be extracted by their specialist, and the first available appointment was TWELVE DAYS away. Seriously? Twelve more days of agony, barely able to eat or talk. They actually gave me a list of other dentists. I guess they have no confidence in themselves? After all the advertising boasting about how great they are, they failed me miserably. My dental issue was not resolved. Never Rotem for me again.
