Overall good experience and gave play by play about was going on and getting me connected to a periodontists. So far so good and look forward to see what the future holds. Good experience with hygienist and explaining where to focus on brushing and water pick.
I absolutely love coming in here. From the girls at the front desk, to being able to see Andrea and Dr. Novotny everything is always so easy and seamless. Plus Andrea and Dr. Novoty are great with my 4 year old. I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care!
Feels comfortable. Staff always inviting. Explains all areas of work needing done. All was personable. Its more enjoyable to go to a dentist when you feel they really care.
The moment I see my hygienist’s smiling face, any anxiety I had while in the waiting room is gone. Stacy is considerate in everything from tooth sensitivity to eye protection. As for the dentist, Dr. Novotny is very kind, conversational, and knowledgeable. I hear so many dentist horror stories, and I am so grateful to have a dentist office that is not only good at what they do, but considerate. Plus, the front desk staff are awesome, and I have never had a billing issue here. Thanks Dr. Novotny and Dr. Sutherland! I also love Dr. Sutherland. He was my dentist for a long time before I was switched over. Always kind, explained what he was doing, and good at his profession.
First & foremost I think the hygienist is the most important person in a dental office. We spend more time with them than the dentists. As a family we have been seen by Andrea for 10+ years. She knows us & all of our individual needs. All encounters with Dr Sutherland & Dr Novotny have been thorough, friendly & informative. The office staff is as knowledgeable & friendly as the Drs. Great place to be!
