They give you the best care. They deserve a 10 star. Very gentle. Very professional. I recommend this place 100% Alex did amazing for hygentist. I recommend him. Not at all happy that their printed estimate/quote did not align to what my actual out of pocket cost was because they over estimated what my insurance would pay. I paid a couple of hundred dollars or more over insurance coverage at the time services were rendered. I left the office with a zero balance and then later was billed for almost another $200. Upon my calling the office to question this invoice and then request their resubmitting the insurance claim, the person I spoke with seemed quite unconcerned nor have the time to talk to me. I requested someone call me. They never did. Similar situation occurred the day after I had dental work done and was told to talk about charges for further services with someone at the front desk regarding future services. It was close to their closing time and this person indicated she said didn't have time to go over potential charges with me. I was taken back only, liked the denist and hygienist. Definitely, never have had this happen with me in a doctor's office before. You are as strong as your weakest link and I do not believe I trust continuing treatment through this office because of this incident.
I had the best experience here. I was greeted with kindness by all of the ladies at the front desk. Paperwork was quick and easy. (This was my first dental visit in about two years.) Sondra took me back for my X-Rays, and she even took a really cool scan of my teeth that I got to see up close. The cleaning was a breeze and she addressed all of my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and even better... I got great news! Even though I haven't gone to a dentist in two years, Sondra said my teeth are nice and healthy! Dr. Feller gave me a good look over and confirmed all of the good news. Everyone in this office is so kind. I was seriously so relieved. I got my 6 month cleaning scheduled and was on my happy way. Looking forward to my next visit. :)
Amazing and friendly staff. They were very helpful and patient with me. They took time to explain and we came up with a game plan together and helped with financing options for my procedure. And already have a care plan ready for after. Highly recommend this place if you have anxiety when it comes to the dentist office or if you have had problems in the past with other local dentist.
The staff is super nice and accommodating! They are very knowledgeable and do not speak over your head. They also answered every question I had. I highly recommend!
