After having a bad experience with another dentist location in Corpus Christi with the suggestion of a close friend suggested I go to Sabal Dental, I’m so grateful for friends who take the time to know me and how I react in medical situations. The visit I had with Sabal Dental was so pleasant. The office staff was amazing at helping me feel comfortable and welcomed and the visit was productive without chaos . I highly recommend the dentist at the 3120 S Alameda location, I actually found myself smiling and laughing after going to the dentist feeling dread as many people do when going to the dentist . The facility has worked with me on creating a plan of action for the help I need instead of making me feel anxious and frustrated with rescheduling my entire life to receive medical treatment for my situation, they are like a breath of fresh air in healthcare system that almost always seems to go in circles . I’m looking forward to having my issues resolved and fear of showing up is being addressed because of the welcoming nature of the office staff and their ability to communicate with kindness and understanding. Thank you for your humanism in a medical system that makes everyone feel like a number. I will recommend this office whenever dental care comes up in my daily conversations
Sabal Dental on Alameda in Corpus Christi is a rip off. The dentist is only concerned about billing and unconcerned about patient health or satisfaction! I have been going to Sabal Dental on Hollly Rd for several years and I was having my teeth cleaned every six months. Very good patient care.No dentist on Holly ever suggested a need for deep cleaning. I needed a teeth cleaning and the dentist at the Holly location was not there and they told me to try the Alameda location. I made an appointment at Alameda for having my teeth cleaned and when I got to the appointment the dentist wanted a bunch of X-rays and probing of the gum line and said that he couldn’t give me a cleaning unless I made four appointments for deep cleaning. He said he leaves the office now so I couldn’t have my teeth cleaned today. I asked very politely to have a normal cleaning today as the hygienist was there and available and that if she gave me a normal cleaning, I would come back for the deep cleaning. The dentist was rude and inconsiderate and told me I couldn’t have any cleaning today. I believe this is an ongoing trend with young dentists trying to make up procedures to increase the billling rate at the patients expense. I do not have dental insurance but I needed a cleaning and was denied any patient care. The dentist should have allowed a normal cleaning for aesthetic purposes, which would have been one step towards improving my dental health. To deny any action for improving my dental health is borderline malpractice. Be advised the Sabal Dental on Alameda is only concerned with the bottom line over the health and desires of their patients. DON’T USE SABAL DENTAL ON ALAMEDA UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
really, really liked the care at this clinic. My baby felt welcomed and very loved. The girl who helped me was very sweet; I don't remember her name, but I know she speaks Spanish. She helped me with the language and took care of my baby in a very special way. God bless this clinic and its doctors. The dentist who examined my baby was also spectacular.
Rebecca and Jeraldine took care of my husband and I today and they are so amazing! We had a wonderful experience. They handled us both with so much care and kindness. They were patient and very thorough during our exams and visit. They both made it a point to explain things to us and give excellent recommendations. Dr Morales is great too, very knowledgeable and helpful. Reception made check in process so smooth as well as when we checked out for visit. They took the time to explain to us our estimates and get us set up for future visits. We were first time patients and will continue to visit Sabal Alameda office. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the Corpus Christi area. Absolutely amazing staff!!
Always the ABSOLUTE BEST service! In and out with Rebecca doing one of the best cleanings I've had in a long time! And thank you Dr. Morales for the comprehensive, uplifting exam letting me know that my mouth isn't the "train wreck" I thought it was. Will always be a customer and highly recommend you ALL!
