Underwent a wisdom teeth extraction performed by Dr. Ringeman and experienced multiple complications. Prior to surgery, I was assured the procedure would be straightforward with minimal pain. During the procedure, I had an adverse reaction to nitrous oxide that was not addressed at the time or communicated to my family afterward. Post-operatively, I experienced prolonged bleeding and developed a dry socket, which extended my recovery from the expected few days to approximately three weeks. I later returned to the clinic due to retained tooth fragments from the original surgery. Since the procedure, I have continued to experience intermittent jaw and nerve pain. Follow-up care and communication regarding these complications were limited. Overall, this procedure resulted in significant and lasting complications that were not adequately addressed.
Dr. Ringeman was very kind in the treatment he would provide. He was very gracious and empathetic towards my situation. Dr. Ringeman is extremely talented as well. Dont be afraid to see him for your needs. He can and will make your dreams come true.
Honestly really unprofessional here so we showed up at our scheduled appointment time at 3:00 after a rude receptionist. told us it will be over an hour and wait to get to our appointment. So why even bother being on time if they don't care about my time? I actually had to miss some really important events because they couldn't get their shit together
Dr. Ringeman and his team are exceptional. Not only did they do a fantastic job removing a problematic molar, they worked with me as I battled severe anxiety. Due to weather and health issues, I had to change my appointment several times and they always made it work. Small office, big hearts and talent. I'll be back. Suggestions: Need better communication. We had some mixed messages that resulted in confusion. It would have also been nice to receive a call the day after a surgery that required sedation to check on the patient to see how things are going.
Thanks Dr. Ringeman, Marisa and team for taking outstanding care of me during my implant procedure. Throughout the 6-month process you addressed my every need and I couldn’t ask for better care. You all are First Class!
