I had a great experience at Salt Flats Dentistry! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Check-in was quick and easy, and the office itself was very clean and comfortable. Makayla was so wonderful and efficient to check on my insurance, to make sure that I was covered before my procedure. Although I usually see Dr. Vincent, it was his day off, but he took the time to stop by and say hi and check in with me to assure my comfort. Dr. Schroeder, a new dentist to me, was patient and took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the appointment. Kenna, The dental assistant was incredibly professional, friendly, and extremely capable, making my visit more fun than scary! I really appreciate how gentle the crown prep process was, and they answered all my questions without rushing. Overall, the entire team was professional, caring, and attentive. If you’re looking for a dental “home” Who truly cares about their patience and provides excellent service, I highly recommend Salt Flats Dentistry!
Staff is always friendly, the dentist is gentle with the patients. I have twins that are teenagers and they never complain about getting their teeth cleaned at this office. The building is clean and the staff is knowledgeable with treatment and I with billing insurance.
I broke a crown off & called the office right away about 10 minutes before closing. McKayla answered the phone & told me they could see me first thing the next morning. When I arrived McKayla greeted me kindly & said I was all checked in. Kenna seated me, took some X-rays and Dr. Vincent explained throughly the pros and cons of my options. After making my decision Carrie gave me an accurate explanation of charges & my portion. Dr. Vincent and his assistant Kenna were able to provide the required care ( root canal & new crown) ALL in one visit. They were very professional & possess a high degree of knowledge & skill. I experienced absolutely no discomfort or pain & my new crown fits perfectly. I am so impressed by Dr. Vincent and his staff for the way they communicate & coordinate care. This experience isn’t a one off. Each time I or a member of my family has been seen by this office we have been treated with kindness, respect & received appropriate & excellent care.
I came to this office in a lot of pain on one of my teeth, they got me in for an exam with Dr Vincent super quickly! I ended up getting a root canal and crown done by him and it was the best procedure I've ever gotten. It was so fast, and painless. Best dental office in Utah!
I have been to MANY dentists over the years, and no dentist, assistants, or office personnel have been so amazing! Dr Vincent is the very best person and dentist, and he literally gave me my smile back! He made my teeth look EXACTLY like I had when i was younger, (that I had no idea was possible just from photo's) and im happier than ive ever been since he did. Listen, I dont do reviews for anyone ever, but I had to for this place. Keri, Dr Vincent, and everyone else there will make you feel informed, relaxed, and comfortable throughout the whole process. I had over $20k in work done over 5 visits, and did veneers, crowns, bone graphs, and old fillings replaced, and im blown away by the results! I really cant say enough about these amazing professionals. I will never go to another dentist or office in my life. Trust me, they will over-impress you as well🙏👍
