My experience at San Antonio OMS was really great! All the front office staff are really friendly, respectful, & helped with any questions I had, the dental assistant who took my x-rays was so kind & made sure to let me know what steps were being done next, I believe the same dental assistant who took my x-rays was also assisting with my surgery. She was nice, friendly & helped me ease my anxiety with just talking to me. Even if she didn’t know it, it helped me a lot! I knew I was in the right place with such wonderful staff who genuinely cares for you as a patient. The doctors did a fantastic job with my wisdom teeth removal, everything was handled with great care and I was treated with kindness and respect from both dentists. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and a team that truly puts patients first!
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The front office staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in, easy and stress-free. The staff who took my x-rays were kind, patient, and understanding of my nerves, which I truly appreciated. The doctor did a fantastic job with my tooth extractions – everything was handled with great care and skill, and I was treated with kindness and respect. My follow up visit was just as pleasant with everyone being gracious and attentive. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and a team that truly puts patients first!
From day one, the staff provided clear instructions on the complete dental process from directions to clinic, to completing the forms electronically and welcomed you with professionalism and are very friendly. Everything explained and on day of procedure the dental assistant made sure I was ready for the procedure, she adjusted the room temperature for my comfort, always asking if I was ok and took the time to have a nice conversation while we waited for the procedure to start. She explained instructions for after care and provided printed literature on same. I definitely would recommend the team at San Antonio Endodontics.
Excellent care from all the staff, without exception. Even those we didn’t interact with greeted us with a kind smile. My respect to Dr. Salazar, who provided clear and precise information with no runaround, and gave me a lot of peace of mind and confidence—most importantly, my nerves completely disappeared. The administrative team is excellent as well!
I had been to SAOMS before, but it's been awhile. My experiences with them have always been so nice and pleasant even when my issues weren't. They have always been kind and helpful. The care is amazing. Dr. Salazar took great care of me as did the assistants. I live five hours away and the care is so worth the drive. Thank you, SAOMS! I truly appreciate you!
