Phenomenal experience! Dr. Lacey and his staff are very competent. Extremely comfortable environment with staff always checking up on you. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend this dental practice. State of the art equipment with Dr. Lacey’s expertise is a great combination. I am thrilled about my new teeth and have received many compliments!

The dental service itself on my teeth was fine, but everything else has been a nightmare. I was quoted $85 per session with insurance for periodontal scaling, but after the first procedure I was suddenly billed $140 with no explanation. When I asked, the front staff had no idea how insurance payments worked and offered no real help. Instead of refunding the difference, they told me they would apply a “credit” toward my next visit. At my second scaling procedure, I was again charged $140. The receptionist even remembered the previous incident but still couldn’t explain anything and offered no solution. The so-called “credit” was never applied. It feels like it was just something they said to get me out of the office. I paid what they asked, decided I wouldn’t return, and thought it was over. A week later I received yet another bill saying I still owed $7 after supposedly paying everything in full. At no point did anyone help me understand the billing, and I was just left to pay whatever they said I owed. This was completely unprofessional and confusing. I’ve never experienced this kind of incompetence with billing at any dentist I’ve ever been to, and I won’t be coming back.
