I gave one star and that’s for Heather, Renee all the girls up front. Who put up with me during one of the worst experiences of my life. I was supposed to have permanent bottom dentures and the top was snap in dentures. I spent 8 months in pain. The bottom kept popping off. Dr. Chris abandoned me and was very negligent in my care. I was going there once a week and I was mostly seeing Heather and in the beginning I saw Renee and they were really trying to make that permanent denture fit.Love you both. I had sores all the time and infections. Dr Chris could care less. My own doctor had to prescribe an antibiotic twice. The very last time I was there I was completely ignored by Dr. Chris. I had a really bad earache and it was so painful to swallow. Heather went and told Dr Chris and he said I don’t care about her earache and throat tell her to call her doctor. I was very upset after that. The minute I tried to eat the bottoms popped off but on the left side they were hanging by a thread. I was able to take them out. I had no ear or throat pain. Since then I’ve been without teeth for a month. Dr Chris ordered the wrong lower denture. Now I’m seeing another dentist which cost another pretty penny. I will never go back he’s evil. See you in court Dr. Chris All I wanted was teeth. I paid a lot of money and I haven’t been able to wear them.
Dr. Chris is truly one of a kind. I am 36 hours from full upper and lower implants, and I am honestly overwhelmed with gratitude for what he and his team have done for me. For the first time in my life, I never felt embarrassed or judged about my teeth. From the very first visit, the staff treated me with kindness, respect, and understanding. Dr. Chris took the time to explain every option, answered every question, and helped me choose what was best for me — not what was easiest. The entire process was smooth, calm, and reassuring. As I write this, my pain is around a 2/10 — just mild soreness — which still amazes me after such a major procedure. What meant the most to me was his honesty. He clearly explained what the next 3–6 months will look like and never tried to hide that this is a journey. That transparency built real trust. This experience has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. For the first time ever, I will actually return willingly — and without fear. I trust Dr. Chris completely, not just with my own care, but with my wife’s and my children’s as well. That says everything. If you’re scared, unsure, or have put off dental work for years, know this: you are in incredible hands here. I cannot recommend Dr. Chris and his team enough.
Dr Chris is the best. He saw me on his day off to fix a problem and emergency. So appreciative of his time and the staff too. Lexi is excellent as is all his staff. Renee adjusted my retainer so it is more comfortable. What a difference. Glad to be a part of this excellent team.
I had such a great experience with Chris and the hygienist Alana. They were both kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease the entire visit. Alana was gentle and thorough, and Chris took the time to explain everything clearly. You can really tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend!
I really dislike going to the dentist, mainly because I dread having to keep my mouth open for so long. However, the atmosphere here was genuinely welcoming, with everything explained kindly and without any pressure. The dental assistant was incredibly thorough, patiently explaining each step of the X-rays as she took them. Dr. Chris DMD took the time to give a detailed overview of the treatments needed to restore my smile, and Joylene was very clear and considerate in outlining the costs, which I truly appreciated. This is definitely one of the most compassionate and understanding dental offices I've ever been to.
