Dr. Tom Davies is a great dentist. Been going to him at least twice a year for over 7 years. So a bit disappointed when we heard he was retiring. Well, he couldn't have picked a better person to take over the practice. Dr. Justin Nelson is equally as great a dentist. Sure, there will be a few changes (there already have been), but my experience so far has all been positive. Great front office support with Shirley. Great hygienists with Debi and Tessa. Jessie still the best assistant with any procedures. Just got home from getting prepped for a new crown. Dr. Nelson takes the time to explain everything, ensure you're comfortable, insists you stop him at any time if you feel the need, etc. Couldn't ask for a better experience. If you're looking for a new dentist this is the place to go.
I am so pleased with Dr. Nelson and his staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They answer all my questions and explain everything that is going on, and what my options are. I appreciated them calling to check on me, making sure how I was doing. I always felt well cared for with Dr. Davies and Justin and Tessa are carrying that care aspect on in full. I am glad to have them in Sandpoint.
Dr. Davies and staff are professional, warm and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate and personalize the care of their patients. One time my husband was having a dental emergency and Dr Davies met him at the office when the office was closed. I had a medical treatment that left my teeth stained, the dental hygienist spend a lot of extra time to remove the stains during my routine cleaning! I always recommend Dr Davies to friends looking for a dentist.
Dr. Davies office is warm, friendly and professional. Dr. Davies has overseen my dental care for the past 6 years. He is accommodating and knowledgeable. Debbie, the dental hygienist in the office, is excellent. She goes out of her way to make the experience pleasant and pain free! I highly recommend this office and staff.
Dr. Davies did a phenomenal job fitting me with new crowns. He provided a completely pain free experience. As a new patient, he sat down with me and took the time to explain the condition of a couple problematic teeth. He then gave me very optimistic solutions at an affordable level. The office is very clean and comfortable. His staff is not only very caring and professional, but always welcome you with a smile. Dr. Davies and his team have earned my trust and business.
