I recently took my mother to her oral surgery appointment and we had a great experience. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. It was an outstanding service and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Haeffs and his team were extremely professional who paid close attention to my moms needs. His team made us feel comfortable, they never rushed us in anyway and they walked us thoroughly on what they were planning on doing to my mom. I was never left blindsided which is a plus for me. In overall, we are extremely satisfied with their performance and I admire how much they care for their patients. A big thank you!
The staff is very friendly and efficient. Oral surgery isn't anyone's favorite activity, but they offer effective procedure pain relief medication, and post procedure medication is rarely needed. They validate parking!
Dr Demo and staff are wonderful! They are very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this group for your oral surgery needs. Dr Demo cut an ulcer out of my tongue and biopsied it. It turned out well! Second visit I had a tooth extraction by Dr Haeffs and it went very well! Very quickly .Love the staff! Very professional and all went perfectly.

I cannot tell you how pleased I have been with my experience at Sandy Springs Oral Surgery. I came in with great apprehension because I had tried to determine who the best doctor would be, and after getting recommendations from a dentist, my perodontist, and others, I settled on Dr. Tyler Haeffs, who turned out to be a genius, and had the very best chairside manner. I was so impressed to see his credentials on the wall. He went to school at HARVARD!!! His entire staff is terrific. When I first came in and saw beautiful fresh flowers, I asked whether it was a special day, but they said they get beautiful flowers EVERY week so that every patient has flowers for at least a moment as they're checking out. I have been totally pain-free with a complicated extraction due to Prolia for bone density. I was a high-risk patient who had no complications and the best possible results. Several weeks post-surgery, I am singing the praises of Dr Haeffs and his great team. If you are looking for an oral surgeon, you will not find a better practice than Sandy Springs Oral Surgery. Five star! Totally highly rated!
