As a former medical and dental consultant who worked with the best-of-the-best in clientele, my standards are incredibly high in choosing a dentist. This practice not only met those expectations today, but exceeded them! I'm very impressed with the warmth, the fabulous customer service (relaxed and happy team, the right hand knows what the left hand is doing), the cleanliness of the facility, the state-of-the-art equipment, and the caring chairside manner from both the hygienest and the Doctor. If you've had bad dental experiences in the past, run, don't walk, to this great place!
Today I had a deep cleaning that I was petrified about since I’m scared of the dentist. But Katelin was super phenomenal!!! That was the best dental experience I have had in a long time. She was very patient and understanding of my fear. She was so kind and very attentive to my sensitivity. Definitely glad I had her!
SFD has the friendliest staff of anywhere I’ve ever been. Everyone from the people that greet you and check you in to the assistants that take you back and everyone in between. They answer all your questions and are happy to do it. Make you as comfortable as possible. Today it was cold in the office and I was offered a blanket. I like how they chat with you like they want to get to know you not just to check a block. The service here really feels personal. Dr Lehman didn’t hesitate to make sure I was comfortable during my procedure (filling and crown) today. He even checked on me this evening. Great place, I highly recommend SFD.
Some of the friendliest faces and attitudes I’ve came across. Always so welcoming, makes me very comfortable and easies my mind for any needed dental work. Also very thorough with what is needed and what they will be doing to help. Their work is top tier as well! The clinic is also very clean. Best dentist around in my opinion.
Love Sango Family Dentistry. Dr Watterson is the best. The entire staff is super friendly. I recently went in for a bridge and was worked on by Brittni. She is also great!! Wont go anywhere else!
