I was very satisfied with the overall service. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the lady at Front desk (not the one that does billing) have the sympathy of a sink and acted as if she was doing me a favor. I hope it’s just that she was having a bad day. Still, it’s not the clients fault. I do recommend the place, though. Everything else was educational, thorough, and professional.
It was my first visit and I was very impressed. I’m very happy with them. Outstanding help that they had there made me feel very comfortable and wanting to go back and get my teeth done thank you especially Savannah really great person and personality.
Everyone is friendly and welcoming! They explain things in a way that you can understand! They don’t just leave you sitting in a room all alone wondering what’s going to happen next! I tell everyone who ask me, if I know of a good dentist and I always say; NO! But I know of a great dentist! I thank God for the Sangre de Cristo Dental Center family! Ya’ll saved my MOUTH!
The Tech was great and loved the $99 new customer postcard we received in the mail. We're new in the area. Very concerned with future costs which is higher than our previous Dentist in Fairport, NY
