If there were more stars, I would give them! This office is phenomenal! And Chris, the hygienist is fantastic! I'm needle phobic, and she took great care with my numbing injections. The scaling was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this office for all of your perio needs!
Dr. Dweck was very nice and explained things thoroughly (you don’t see this very often from providers). I felt informed and comfortable after leaving my visit. Reception staff was very nice as well!
I have an implant and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Padilla out of Rochester. My second implant I got done here in Saratoga. It failed and I’m guessing that the second time hasn’t worked either. If I had done my research on the different types of implants that are used or had it explained to me in a more thorough manner, I would absolutely 100% gone back to Rochester. I drive about the same distance to Rochester or Saratoga. I was referred by my dentist to go to Dr. G so I did. Don’t get me wrong. She’s nice and does return calls. Office staff is nice too. I just wish I had gone back to Dr. Padilla as I believe the work, passion and care were much more patient-centered and wholesome. Also their technology in my opinion is much more up-to-dare. I had to drive to Rochester 3 times total and never had an issue. Once for my consult, once for surgery and once for follow up. I’ve had nothing but issues and despair with this experience. I can’t count how many times I’ve had to drive out here. Today I was there for what I was previously told was my last appointment before being able to get a crown. It was not. I honestly just want to cry about the whole situation. I would not at all recommend going here to anyone I love. I will be back in Rochester if and when I need another implant. Cost is meaningless when it comes to your oral health. Do your research before just going wherever your general dentist recommends. 3 stars is generous when I think of how I have felt over the last 14 months of this excruciating process.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Katherine Guilfoyle today. I was very pleased with my interactions with the office staff. They were courteous and attentive. Dr. Guilfoyle was very pleasant and extremely professional.She took a great deal of time to make sure that I understood her evaluation and proposed treatment plan. I wuld not hesitate to recommend this practice based on my initial visit.
First visit today. Dr. Dweck was very thorough and I appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what he was doing, and why. Very friendly staff and prompt service as well- highly recommend!
