So I Just started going here and I am very glad I found them. I truly believe these people are the best around. I have been to a couple other dentist offices in town and they are all very capable and helped me very much. BUT Schmitt Dental! Talk about an efficient and proficient and professional operation! They work as a team and it’s incredible to see. Sometimes at other offices I’ve been to there were only just enough people that were able to do certain things. At Schmitt it’s like they are a well oiled and fine tuned machine! Nothing stops nobody is waiting. Boom boom and you’re done. And very gentle and comforting work and atmosphere. I had three large cavaties knocked out so smoothly it blew my mind and now I have my right side of my mouth back! 💪🏻 I feel 1000% confident in this place and I look forward to keeping my dental health needs taken care of here.
I truly cannot say enough good things about this office. I had two root canals done here, and from start to finish, I felt completely taken care of. Ally and KT at the front desk are absolutely amazing. They were always so helpful and accommodating with scheduling and took the time to clearly explain payment and next steps so I never felt confused or overwhelmed. They made everything feel smooth and manageable, and they did it with such kindness. They set the tone the second you walk in. Alison and Brooke were exceptional. They worked closely with Dr. Steve during my procedures, and their presence made all the difference. They were calm, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. You can tell they care deeply about the patients they’re working with. They anticipated needs, checked on me constantly, and created such a comfortable environment during procedures that most people would normally dread. Their energy is warm, steady, and reassuring — exactly what you want in moments like that. They truly went above and beyond. Lindsey also jumped in to help at times and was just as kind and supportive. Every single person I interacted with treated me with patience and respect. There was a complication during one of my visits that required me to see a specialist, and I was honestly upset at first. But the way this team handled it speaks volumes. They were compassionate, reassuring, and immediately helped me understand the next steps. They worked quickly to get me in with the specialist, and I never once felt brushed off or forgotten. I felt supported the entire time. Jenny also helped with numbing on a couple of visits and did a great job making sure I was comfortable before we started. Dr. Steve is genuinely the greatest. He is kind, calm, and so authentic. He made me feel safe the entire time — honestly like a dad taking care of me. You can tell he truly cares about his patients as people, not just procedures. He takes his time, he listens, and he leads his team well. We shared family stories during my appointments, and those little conversations meant so much to me. It’s rare to find a doctor who takes the time to truly connect — not just treat — and that genuine connection made all the difference. He doesn’t just care for his patients… he connects with them. What stands out most is that this team feels more like a family than just coworkers. You can see the respect and care they have for each other, and that carries over into how they treat their patients. That kind of environment is rare, and it makes all the difference. I walked in nervous and overwhelmed, and I walked out feeling cared for, heard, and genuinely valued. That is something I will never forget. I am beyond grateful for this entire team. Thank you for treating me like more than just a patient. 💛
Very good experience! I recently moved to Clarksville and it was super easy to get an appointment. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, but this was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
My visit was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Schmitt was kind and reassuring! I was anxious about the everything that I needed done, but I felt taken care of. A seamless experience. Glad that I found my dentist office! 5 stars
Dr. Schmitt is so competent, pleasant, and kind, really great dentist. His staff is excellent too.I can't say enough positive things about them they all are great.! I wish I had found them sooner.
