Dr. Pak’s office is amazing! His staff is so patient, and understanding. I was referred here and I’m so happy I was, I trusted them from the start with how welcoming, supportive, and helpful they were. Dr. Pak and his team walk you through the process of your procedure, which means a lot to me and calmed my nerves down. At first I was nervous but talking with his team, I left feeling confident for my service. Edit after wisdom teeth removal: Dr. Pak and his team are absolutely AMAZING!! They’re all so kind, and supportive. Came in and already confident and relaxed for my appointment. Front desk was very helpful and always welcoming. The nurse that greeted me and helped me afterwords was the sweetest ever, she talked kindly and supported me from the start til the end when getting ready to leave. Dr. Pak was gentle, welcoming, and communicative through the beginning of the process before the procedure. I’d recommend his office to everyone looking into getting any procedure involving oral surgery & dental implants done! They’re truly amazing & positivity shows they love what they do.
A very nice welcome for myself as a new patient. Great staff and Dr Pak was very friendly and genuine. This morning I had oral surgery to remove all teeth for full dentures. It could not have gone better. Dr Pak and his staff have a solid professional team and my experience with them was amazing. In and out with no problems. A true professional office and staff. Yes…. I’m smiling!
I am for sure not a fan of getting my tooth pulled. But they were very nice friendly. Made the experience as good as it could be. The staff were great. Enjoyable to speak to. Wonderful experience. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Thank you all!
The office is well run. When I finished the little paper work. I was brought into a room and she reviewed some more information the doctor came in explain what was going to happen. At every point I was asked if I had questions. The procedure itself was brief. I was given and explained the post op docs. She made sure I had no questions. I walked out the door 30 from start to finish. I have had little discomfort from the procedure. Than you Dr. Pak and your staff.
This office charges a $180 consult fee if you need sedation for your procedure. This is relatively expensive, at least $30 more than a competitor in the region. Furthermore, when submitting the insurance claim for these sedation consults, the office uses an insurance code that isn’t commonly covered by most providers, making it an out of pocket expense. This is a tremendous barrier to care that I find shameful. I do not recommend this business.
