I had my patient intake and initial cleaning/check-up appointment today and I found the entire team friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely glad I made the switch to this practice.
I’ve Been going to seacoast dental for a little over a year now. Up till today all my interactions have been acceptable. The hygienist did a good job cleaning my teeth and always gave me good advice the best toothbrush to use and on how to upgrade my oral hygiene, which I Appreciated. Today I was taken in about 15 minutes late for my Cleaning appointment Because the hygienist said “I Didn’t know that I you were here.” This normally wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I had another appointment that afternoon That I was Already cut close to making by this cleaning appointment. My cleaning felt very superficial. A little scraping. A little cleaning with the water pick. And a quick floss and I was done, no teeth polishing, and no rinsing out of all the loose Plaque that was scraped off. When I left there, my teeth felt no different than when I Walked in. Hopefully my next appointment will be better.
