Everyone I dealt with at Secure Dental behaved professionally and courteously. I needed to be seen quickly and my need was met in a very caring and understanding manner. The Doctor (Dentist) and Dental Assistant made me feel at ease and my problem was taken care of quite swiftly. I am very pleased with Secure Dental.
Very nice very helpful, clean very knowledgeable and take good care of you while you’re there. Great team they have couldn’t get much better than that. I don’t think.
This was my son's first time at this office. The receptionist was not only professional & personable but genuinely took pride in his work & it showed. He explained all of the neccessities clearly & with a pleasant attitude. Made check in easy & the waiting room comfortable. Great vibes. Then RiAjah Y called us back, & my son revealed to her that he was a little bit nervous. I will share he is on the spectrum. She has the right personality for the job. It was obviously not her first rodeo, she knew her stuff & just like the receptionist? Took great pride in her skills & her workplace. She patiently went through every step of the way explaining & showing my son what to expect & not a single time did she act irritated or put off by any of their interaction, very sincere & amazing. Had him quickly relaxing & learning new things before he even realized it. The dentist, Dr Kim, was the same way! I really can't say enough good things about what this particular office has been doing right. Just amazing. This office really just packed full of professionals who know their stuff, creates a wonderful stress free atmosphere, & take pride in their skillsets & genuinely appeared to like patients as much as they liked their jobs. Highly recommend them to anyone. I was very impressed and happy with their great dental skillsets paired with personable & professional attitudes.
I wasn't expecting such a proactive approach. It went very well moved quickly with real results to improve my dental needs. They went above beyond to help with my (white coat syndrome) so to speak. Very nice and plesant staff. The gal taking calls was kind compassionate and knowledgeable!! Hands down best dental experience I've had. Thank you!!
I cannot thank this dentist and staff enough for helping me with my emergency extraction. You guys saved my LIFE and for that I am eternally grateful. The best bedside manners, the doctor was very polite and reassuring. Any questions or concerns I had post op they were there for me. I am so thankful for you guys. Thank you so much. The only thing I have negative to say is I am so sad I can not make you my permanent dentistry 🥲 I wish this business nothing but the best business and blessings. ❤️ thank you a million times!!!!
