I had a full upper denture made. You do NOT get to pick the shade of the gum material. The good: friendly staff, quick to schedule an appointment, never had to wait more than a few minutes. The bad: upper denture too big, had to constantly apply adhesive, multiple visits didn’t rectify the problem. They said I. Needed a lower partial, after several were made, none of which fit, I requested a valplast partial. They didn’t make valplast there but said there was another lab in Tulsa that made valplast. After waiting 5 weeks, they arrived, they gum color was dark red (remember the upper was really pale) plus they weren’t valplast. I returned to Secure and told them these weren’t valplast. They wouldn’t let my regular dental assistant, Dina, in to talk to me. Instead they sent in another assistant who tried to tell me that this partial was indeed valplast, and I told her it wasn’t valplast and she again said it was valplast. I had already paid $1800 for this partial and she said , “well, you can deal with the lab that made them” which I did, the minute I walked out. I called the other lab and they told me they did not make valplast partials, but they had not been paid either. They said if we get the money from Secure, we’ll make you a partial and if you don’t like it, we’ll refund your payment. As it turns out, the one they made wasn’t acceptable so I returned it and they didn’t refund the entire payment. I haven’t returned to Secure since being lied to. I’ve since then applied liners myself with several reline kits, the upper plate is still holding up well after 3 years, just be advised, you can pick the tooth shade but not the gum shade (at least not when I purchased them. Cost is a lot (over $1900 for upper plate, but no extra charge for all the visits )

I am so nervous everytime I have to go to a dentist. Tyla was kind, friendly and made my experience more relaxed and enjoyable. She is probably one of the best dental assistants I've ever had.

After getting a front tooth knocked out, I called during the snow storm and Evelyn answered. Instantly made me feel better and calm down during my freakout!! When I went in, they did everything in a day! They were great; especially Lala, my surgical tech. She gave me advice on my next steps for correcting my teeth and taught me a lot on implant/orthodontic procedures which I’m super thankful for!! Overall great team, here at Secure’s Owasso location.
