My husband got a root canal there and he described it as "beautiful". He had a great experience and he loved the diversity of the staff as well as the relaxing environment. I will go there for my annual cleaning and other services because of the experience he had. It completely changed his perspective of dentist offices that accept MassHealth.
I recently rated this office 5 stars but since he wants to totally dismiss how I’m feeling: I came here 3 days ago for a root canal on a very painful tooth. I truly appreciated them getting me in ASAP, hence the 4 stars. The assistant, total angel very very kind. The dentist, it seems like a lack of care or empathy. I went to the ER yesterday from pain after the root canal, as the front office told me to do. The doctor called the office and the dentist said, for the 100th time, “it’s her wisdom teeth.” And won’t even bother to get me in to make sure everything is okay with the actual root canal. It is not my wisdom teeth, I know that pain well and I have 10/10 pain even worse now on the tooth itself. No pain in the jaw or in that area, ITS THE TOOTH! It seems like once you are out of the chair, they no longer want to help at all. I have cried every night, and I’m honestly disgusted by the lack of empathy. Should’ve never got the root canal in the first place, let alone by someone who obviously does not care.
I had been putting off going to the dentist for about a year. A change of insurance didn't allow us to see the Dentist we were seeing before. I had broken a tooth and it was very sensitive. Seera was able to get me an appointment within a couple of days. They explained that it looked like a fill-in that made my tooth break. They gave me a temporary repair until my crown came in. I have been back for a cleaning and a small adjustment to the crown they placed. All experiences have been pleasant. I did wait about 30 minutes in the exam chair for my crown adjustment for the doctor. However I do feel as though it was just the way the rotation is. You see they hygienist, they clean you up then you're seen by the Dr. Outside of this I haven't had long waits here. I'll be returning for future dental work here.
