From the moment we arrived, Dr. Selznick stood out for being efficient, friendly, and exceptionally wise. My son had all four wisdom teeth removed in the same day in about 20 mins, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There was no swelling at all, no excessive bleeding, and not a single additional issue—everything went so smoothly that recovery was much easier than we expected. Dr. Selznick’s expertise and caring approach truly set him apart. Highly recommended for anyone needing oral surgery!
I had the best experience today with Dr. Selznick. He removed my upper wisdom teeth in just one minute with absolutely no pain or discomfort. He’s incredibly professional, kind, and explains everything as he goes, which made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be recommending him to others.
I was referred to them by my insurance. I called to make an appointment due to the fact that my wisdom teeth were infected and I wanted them out as soon as possible. She made my appointment for a Tuesday at 8am. I moved around my schedule and rescheduled an appointment with my primary physician that I had been waiting a month for because this was more important. I asked to be sent a confirmation but never received it. I show up at 7:45 on Tuesday and no one was there. I tried calling and no answer. Looked online and it showed that the office hours were changed 2 weeks prior and they now open at 9am. I waited in my car for the hour and went back in at 9. Doors were still locked. I called 3 times and only got the answering machine. I waited about 15 minutes and still nothing. I called my dentist to give me a different referral and will not be returning back. This was very frustrating and unprofessional.
I give four stars to Dr. Selznick for pulling all four of my wisdom teeth in 20 minutes with no pain at all and an easy recovery. I cannot say the same with the front desk which is impossible to reach when I had a mixup with my antibiotics, they had prescribed me an antibiotic which I’m allergic to. Which is why I had to dock a star. Trying to reach the office to fix the mistake was impossible. Nobody on the phone and even after hours office didn’t get to reach them! I had to go to the pharmacy for them to get paged and still nothing!! I was left to go to UMC quick care for antibiotics which I was left 3 days without it when I could’ve had it on the day of surgery if it wasn’t for front desk not answering the phones.
I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're looking to have your wisdom teeth removed. I just had all four of mine extracted a couple of weeks ago, and the healing process has been great. Everyone I met at this office was extremely kind and attentive. Dr. Selznick and his assistant did an excellent job of explaining the procedure to me and even provided me with post-care instructions as well as extra gauze pads.
