I cannot say enough about Dr. Bishop and his wonderful staff. When I called to schedule an appointment, they were able to squeeze me in the very next day for a consultation and same-day surgery. They knew how much pain I was in and it mattered! Every single person I encountered was kind, attentive, and thorough. The office has a true family feel. You feel like part of the family, and most importantly, you feel safe. I am so thankful I was guided in their direction! Thank you so much, Serene Oral Surgery, from the bottom of my heart!
Dr. Bishop and the entire team are truly exceptional. The excellence of their work is undeniable—I have no pain, no swelling, and already feel like I’m healing—but what made this experience extraordinary was how that excellence was paired with genuine professionalism, ease, and connection. It is incredibly rare to find a staff that is not only the best at what they do, but kind, relaxed, and truly good with each other, and you can feel it the moment you walk in. As someone who worked in healthcare myself as an RN, that combination made me feel deeply safe and cared for. I didn’t realize how much I needed that reminder of what real competence and compassion feel like until I experienced it here.

I went to Serene to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I went to my consult and the following Monday my surgery was performed. They were so kind to me and made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after. One of my nurses was Katie and she’s the kind that just sticks out! She was so nice and I’m thankful my dentist referred me to Serene.
I love these people! From the pleasant greeting at the reception desk (looking at you, Emily and Misty), to the pre-procedure team, to those who assist Dr. Bishop, ( too many to name but all wonderful), to Dr. Bishop himself- all are skilled, kind, and treat every patient like a special guest. Special callout to Chelsey, whom I see first thing at every appointment-I am amazed at your ability to keep things moving and have meaningful conversations-and always with a smile. Just yesterday I was in for a procedure-and while Dr. Bishop was administering the numbing agent, I had one person patting my hand and another patting my shoulder… because they care about the comfort of their patients. I just can’t recommend this practice highly enough. They are simply the BEST!
