I’m writing this to share my honest experience. I had a very serious infection that nearly cost me my life. After being hospitalized, I was told the remaining tooth under my crown needed to be removed, but several dentists refused to take my case. Dr. Whipple was the only doctor who agreed to see me, and he scheduled me the very next day after my call. He was incredibly attentive and compassionate. At that moment, my only priority was to eliminate the infection, and he didn’t hesitate to help. I am very selective when it comes to medical professionals. Quality and appearance truly matter to me, especially after having bad experiences in the past. From the very first visit, Seven Valley Dental impressed me — the front desk staff is kind and professional, the office is beautifully designed, and it is always spotless. Cleanliness is the first thing that catches my eye, and their office consistently exceeds expectations. Over the past two years, I’ve had two implants placed, my first truly painless and professional cleaning in over 10 years, and I’ve now brought my family members here as patients. Thank you for being here in Cortland — I’m truly grateful!
To say that this office is amazing is an understatement. My wife Kim and I have been going to Seven Valley for years and the care and compassion that we have received is second to none. Drs Whipple and Beilman are the absolute best. They make you feel that you are their only patient and they truly listen so that you know that you are a part of all decision making in your care. Everyone in that office is friendly and fun. At the dentist office??? I know, but it’s true!
I always have a great experience here! I am very anxious when it comes to my teeth and extremely sensitive and they always make sure I’m comfortable and okay throughout. They inform me what’s happening and ease any of my concerns. Everyone is super friendly and I have been going there since I was a little kid and they always take great care of me! I live over an hour away and still go to them because they’re the only ones I trust! I highly recommend!
Today I brought my daughter with me for her first appointment. Tiffany was exceptionally great and my daughter loved sitting in the chair and getting her teeth polished. Dr Whipple is smart witty and enjoyable to see. And the staff at the front desk are the friendliest and happiest people I have ever met. They treated my children just like their own. 5+ star
We started at Seven Valley Dental with Dr Reygers when it was a small private practice. We remained when the practice expanded and was sold to Dr Whipple. We have received excellent care all through the years, and we truly appreciate the staff and hygienists we’ve seen. They are a wonderful office.
