The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were so good with my five year old granddaughter. We have definitely found our permanent dental office.
I’ve always been well cared for at Shady Spring Dental, with a friendly staff, state of the art equipment and a pleasing, comfortable office area. The dentists and hygienists are knowledgeable and professional. They’re very personable and always take time to address my dental questions or concerns.
This was my second visit to Shady springs dental. I live about 40 minutes away and could not get an appointment with any dentist in my area for a year. I had a co worker that was being seen @Shady Springs and she loved them so I made an appt. I was scheduled quickly and no hassle. My hygienist has been excellent both times and very thorough and the dentist is great too. I have only had 2 cleanings so far and no dental work but will be having in another 2 months. Today I found out that they have an office in Bluefield!! That's closer for me so the receptionist made my next appt at their new location. I really like the office and the staff are friendly and very helpful at all times. Really appreciate the care they give their patients!
I had a Great Experience. I have called around the area and no dentist were taking new patients. I called Shady Spring Dental Bluefield location and they got me right in. Thank the lord cause I had a filling come out of my tooth and was needing seen ASAP!! The Staff was so nice. I didn’t wait long at all. Dr. Meadows did a fabulous job. 10/10 highly recommend!!
Shady Spring Dental Care is without doubt a very excellent dental service provider. From the initial contact with the scheduler, to the greeting and processing in of the receptionist, the dental assistant, the doctor, and the exit/financial agent, each individual treated me with kindness and professionalism and gave me a sense of their genuine interest in my well being. The doctor and assistant helped me to understand my treatment options with clear explanations to help me make choices, and both the doctor and the assistant continually asked if I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Because there was no negative aspect, I am giving them a true 5-star rating and would highly recommend them without any reservation.
