I am very satisfied with all of the care I have gotten at Shaftsbury Dental. From the Dentist herself to the supporting staff. They are always very pleasant to work with and make me feel at home.
I had a first appointment with Dr. Carmack, after getting x-rays a month earlier. I was waiting for 40-45 min for the doctor, who then walked into the room, did not introduce herself, and said she was not able to view my x-rays in the exam room. She left the room and did not come back. Once my wait became an hour long, I walked out. There was no one at the desk to inform that I was leaving. The medical equipment is also outdated, making the x-ray process a stressful one. I am so disappointed by this experience and the waste of time.
I had to have a good amount of work done recently and the whole process was explained to me as I went along. They are always on time and efficient.The staff/team are all very friendly and I always have a good experience. Thanks!
I've been going to this office for about a year now and everyone I've interacted with there has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and all around wonderful to work with. They're great at developing and explaining treatment plans and working with insurance. An all around great dental practice!
The staff is amazing. I had a large procedure done and Dr Betsey and Pam made it such a painless surgery and my recovery was simple with little discomfort. I was always greeted with warmth and kindness and they were so supportive when I voiced any concerns and made sure they were thorough. They accommodated me under a tight schedule which I really appreciate. My wife had the same procedure done there three years ago and we were so happy with her work that there was no question where I would go. Shaftsbury Dental is a wonderful dentistry and I will recommend them whenever I am able.
