Dr. Smith and his staff are always so friendly and personable. I always feel comfortable from the time I walk in the door, to the time I leave, even when my teeth are being worked on haha! Shane and his hygienists and assistants are so good at what they do, I usually almost fall asleep while being worked on. My overall mouth health and teeth have improved immensely since becoming a patient. If you’re looking for dental care in Jonesboro, i don’t think you will find anyone better than the team at Shane Smith Family Dental
I was referred to Dr. Smith for a root canal. I was nervous, but the procedure was painless and everyone there— the receptionist-Sean, the dental assistant-Heather, the hygienist and Dr. Smith—made the whole process feel easy! Pain after the procedure was minimal as well. I HIGHLY recommend this entire crew. They’re professional, efficient, gentle, patient, down to Earth and kind.
Was referred here for my root canal procedure and needless to say I had the best experience all around. Great staff who are so nice and welcoming. Dr.Shane did a wonderful job who performed my root canal with ease. I would recommend this office to everyone!
I have always been nervous about going to the dentist, but this office completely changed that for me. The staff was welcoming, the dentist and assistants took time to explain my treatment, and everything was done gently and professionally. I didn't feel rushed at all, and all questions were answered. The dentist/assistant never left my side and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dentist.
Dr. Smith & his assistant Holly were the best I've ever dealt with. Absolutely loved how easy and nicely they did my wisdom tooth extraction! I recommend everyone to let Dr. Smith be your dentist!
