Do Not Try to be seen in this office! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. When I arrived at the dental office the receptionists were disgustingly rude. Upon arrival I was looked at as if I insulted the staff with my very presence, there was no greeting I was just stared at by the two receptionists as if I had done something disgusting. I then introduced myself and The attitude given by the receptionist and being talked down to as if I were an uneducated, dirty, human being is absolutely appalling. Dental pain can be excruciating and the last thing people need are stuck up disgusting RECEPTIONISTS like this. I hope this pattern of hateful people working in healthcare eventually phases out. I took my information with me as they were expecting $135.00 up front for a consultation no X-rays included and then later down the road when they received payment from my insurance company they would send me paperwork to get financial reimbursement at a future date. Do not go here.
Dr Shawna Gauthier is outstanding! Her team Wendy and assistant Claire are absolutely professional , very caring , and I had an outstanding experience and will recommend this team to friends and family! Thank you so very much for your expertise!
I went to their Plymouth office recently for a tooth extraction. Shauna Gauthier and her assistant were fantastic. Her assistant was extremely sweet and gentle, and calmed all of my nerves. The extraction was surprisingly quick, and it’s healing great. I would recommend this team to anyone needing dental surgery/extraction. 🙂
Really wish I could leave zero stars, the front desk need a real attitude adjustment. I had a few teeth pulled and was super nervous about it. The doctor calmed my nerves and I appreciated the effort but once I woke up from sedation she snapped at me and yelled at me saying that I should have been honest about certain meds I may regularly, even tho I don't take any meds daily or on a regular basis and haven't in some time. I couldn't event talk and was still a little out of it and yet your yelling at me? I couldn't respond or talk, I was shocked how she spoke to me. I spent close 500 bucks to get a attitude from the " ladies " at the front desk and a doctor who didn't bother to read the many pages of paper work I had to fill out before the surgery. Every interaction with the "team" / office was a annoyance filled with attitude from them. I'm so happy the surgery is done. I would never go there again.
Dr. Gauthier is amazing! I had to have a tooth removed a few years ago and they were very quick to get me in and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Gauthier for you Oral Surgery needs!
