I found Dr. Shahani (at Shenandoah Smiles) after changing dentists a couple of times in the area. She is amazing. She takes pride in doing superior dental work and wants the best for her patients. Referrals she has made have been to other Doctors she considers to provide the same level of expert care. I trust her work and her judgements about my care. In addition to providing top quality care, she is calm and nurturing. Work is always done with care, kindness, and as gentle a hand as possible.
My favorite dentist ever. It's a small "mom and pop" office with just one practitioner, so you are treated like family and not like just a number, the way you are at large corporate practices. Dr. Shahani has a delicate touch and a great bedside manor. She's easy to get a hold of and always checks in on you after any procedure. She was recommended by my tmj specialist in Richmond when I moved and I couldn't be more pleased!
About 18 years ago, it was determined I was in need of some major dental work and had the good fortune of being referred to Dr. Shahani. Through her skill and dedication as a Prosthodontist, I basically have a new mouth of implants, crowns and denture. She is highly skilled and a true professional. It has been an honor to work with her and her staff over those many years.
Dr. Shahani is so kind & is excellent at what she does and her staff is wonderful too! I would definitely go to her again if I ever need more work on my teeth.
