Gonna start with the reason this got the two stars it did - the front staff and hygienists here are AMAZING! Friendly, and when I had an insurance issue, they were so quick to fix it! Now for the reason the stars stopped there. Went for my annual this last fall. As a girlie who hasn't had benefits, especially dental, pretty much my adult life, my teeth have suffered. And I definitely was not the best to them when I was younger, so I will take my lashings and accept them on that. Keep in mind I at least used to not be sensitive about their looks. I grew up lucky enough for the cheap fillings. But to have the main dentist, Southall I think is his name, look me dead in the eye and state "that he would need reassurance, given the state of my prior work, that I would care properly for his work." Ummm, far as I knew, I paid for the dental work, not the attitude. That thing called "bedside manner" - lost on him. He then interrogated me on my diet (as most dentists will slyly do in conversation, not as an interogation/interview for your teeth to actually receive treatment) and I want to say he even made faces when he thought I was "lying" about my soda and coffee creamer intake. His (and I'm not joking in the slightest) AMAZING staff then took care of the X-rays and cleanings and made me feel somewhat respected again. They even outlined a care plan to address issues in manageable chunks. One problem: I refuse that attitude again and he's the head honch as far as I know. I've advised everyone I know already not to support him. Hopefully this helps people, especially those with dental anxiety as it is, see behind the curtains a bit before they're smacked with the rudeness shot I got to the face. Pics added to show the teeth in question (ignore hubs - he can have his limelight elsewhere!) I really didn't think they were too horrible, but boy, does that dentist have a way of making you feel like gum on his shoe.
Try to set up an appointment for my 8-year-old child. Receptionist said they do not accept kids and that I should find a pediatric dentist. Which is really weird sense their website says family dentistry.
Truly the best dental experiences I've ever had. I drive 1 :45 each way from Ten Sleep to get my teeth taken care of here, and it's so worth it. I can't say enough good things about Audra & Todd Southall. Thanks for providing a great experience, service, and atmosphere.
Excellents from the nice lady at the front desk, the dentist and the very skilled hygienist. Finally found a dentistry that I will continue to go to. They all are very friendly and they treat you as if you were apart of there family. The Doctor is very personable and professional. Best hygienist I ever had. Front desk lady is a sweetheart. Good job to them all!.
I had the most amazing experience here! Being young and needing to have dentures is super hard on me and everyone at Coffeen Plaza Dental made me feel so amazing. Doc wouldn’t let me leave until my dentures didn’t just look amazing but felt amazing also. He took the time to listen to my concerns and my needs. They work with you on payments and don’t judge you. That’s a big one for me personally. They get you in so quickly for emergencies and treat you like family. The staff are always so sweet. If you have any dental anxiety they are very calming. I came here for dentures and now they will be our family dentist. Everyone from the front to the back are so amazing and their work is superb. Thank you Coffeen Plaza Dental for giving me my smile back! I truly couldn’t be more thankful!!!!!!!!
