I was kind of scared a little about letting another dentist work on my mouth other than Dr. Shipp. However, Dr. Collins was pleasant and constantly checked to make sure that I was ok during the procedure. Well, Dr. Collins, you passed the test with flying colors! Thanks!
Always courteous and professional and prompt. Love all the staff you feel like family and they always try to help. Highly recommend I have sent several patients to them. When I have an emergency they always work me in as quickly as possible. Dr. Shipp always takes time and care. They always get you in very fast if you have an emergency like I did the other day. Always wonderful.
Dr. Shipp and his staff are Awesome! They are all very professional and caring. My husband and I drive two hours just to make our dental appointments. We have actually been patients going to that office for twenty five years. Unbelievable! We just appreciate the great service and are thankful for having Dr. Shipp as our provider. I have such a great experience each time that I visit this office! Everyone is so friendly and personable. My hygienist and Dr. Shipp always ask me how things are going in my life, and they always remember things talked about in previous visits. It makes me feel special and very comfortable. They do a great job making you feel like more than a patient. And any procedures that I have ever had done there by Dr. Shipp are always painless and are over quickly. They are very time efficient and so nice. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!
I haven't been to the dentist in over 7 and half years, and when I finally made contact to come in, everyone was so nice and understanding. To helping setup an appointment and being sure my insurance was okay; they helped every step of the way. Dr. Shipp is extremely nice! You won't regret coming here! The entire team is superb!
