The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I scheduled my appointment for a wrong time and they were able to reschedule for the same day. My teeth have never felt cleaner. Just one cleaning made such a big difference and it was painless. An incredible amount of care was shown through the whole process, constantly asking me if I was okay to continue or if I needed a break. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable being there. I was nervous and had not been to a dentist in over 10 years, but I did not feel judged at all about the condition of my teeth and actually left feeling comfortable with them. I have 2 other dental procedures they have to do and they were able to give me a breakdown of the cost with my insurance and made it very easy to schedule these! This is a before and after of my first cleaning! Thanks again
Everyone was so nice and friendly. I had a cleaning done by Myranda. She was so careful and the cleaning was done well and practically pain-free. I do have a issue with a crown that I am being referred back to the dentist who applied it for further help. The ladies up front got me an appointment for the referral quite soon. I had a terrific experience.
I had the BEST experience today at Shoal Creek Dental! They got me in fast as I was having tooth pain and diagnosed my problem quickly! I’m so glad I made the call and found a new dental practice! Even though I have had anxiety in the past with dental procedures, everyone I came in contact with went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable!
Literally everyone who works at Shoal Creek Dental is kind, compassionate, professional, and beyond caring. As someone who has experienced numerous dental horrors and have lived with an extreme fear of dentists and their work, I can truthfully say that Dr. Bruce and his staff go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable and put them at ease. Because of them, I’ve gone from having to be sedated for any dental work to needing only be numbed. They have changed my life in a big way and have quelled any dental fear that existed. I highly recommend Shoal Dental to anyone and everyone. They provide a completely different kind of experience, and I’m so grateful to have found them. They truly are THE BEST in Alabama.
Dr. Evans did a root canal and crown. So grateful he could save the tooth. He is a great dentist. I also appreciate the super sweet hygienist there that make you feel comfortable. Everyone there is so nice. I give them 10 stars!
