I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Shawn M. Conrad and his team. After I developed an infection following wisdom teeth removal, Dr. Hill (my oral surgeon) reached out to Dr. Conrad, and he was able to see me the very next day. From the moment I walked in, both Dr. Conrad and his staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring. I felt like I was in the best hands possible. What impressed me most was Dr. Conrad’s dedication. When I ended up in the ER out of concern for the infection, Dr. Conrad actually drove all the way to the hospital on the weekend just to consult with me personally. That level of care and commitment is beyond rare, and I am so grateful for everything he and his team did to make sure I was safe and comfortable. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly goes above and beyond for his patients, Dr. Conrad is the one. I can’t thank him and his staff enough!
Two of my daughters have had their wisdom teeth removed at this practice and I myself have seen Dr. Kelly for TMJ. All times, we have received nothing but top notch service. The nurse was very kind, thoughtful, and caring as well as the checkout staff, Barbara. Would definitely recommend.
I was really really scared to get my wisdom teeth out, but Dr. Conrad actually had me walking out of the consultation excited to get them removed. His team was very professional and so sweet, and the whole experience was a breeze. Also the ice cream you get to take home is really good lol. Definitely will recommend them to everyone.
I had to get a tooth extraction done and was recommended to Conrad and Wilson from a friend of mine. Dr. Wilson did a great job! In addition, Dr. Wilson also did my bone graft and implant. He made me feel comfortable by explaining every step of the process beforehand. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for an oral surgeon in Wilmington NC.
I have had a great experience with multiple teeth being extracted. The staff and Dr. Kelly are very professional, kind and gentle. They answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this group for surgery needs.
