I appreciate that Dr Lava examined my teeth, including one that my dentist said “might need a procedure” and she determined that no procedure was necessary. I’m 79 and have been sent to doctors and dentists that seem eager to operate. I appreciate that it is their livelihood and all, but it is refreshing to see someone who gives an honest opinion.

Did not feel comfortable with the diagnosis I have 2 implants tooth 13and 14 that are failing due to breakdown of the surrounding bone structer the doctor suspected it was due to infection. these inplants are only 12 years old and show failure due to breakdown of the jaw bone. Little explanation was provided as to why other than possible infection…I was given a quote of $1772 to remove implant 13 and graft new bone tissue in place. No antibiotics were offered to prevent any further infection . I do not feel comfortable with this diagnosis and the integrity of the CT other implant I have no other issues with bone structure around the other teeth…implants are very expensive and the procedure is extensive … the integrity of the implant obviously failed to allow infection to enter the area This was supposed to be a consultation yet a $203 fee was charged … at this point I am reluctant to proceed until I have a better explanation of what failed and what is the integrity of the other implant # 14

I don’t have enough good things to say about this office and I’ve only had one visit! I recently saw I had some gum recession that I was very embarrassed about but when I found this office I gave them a chance because of their reviews and they did not disappoint! Both Dr. Rajendran and the assistant that helped her were both amazing. He had to do 18 X-rays of my mouth since I had no history and the gentleman then helped was so kind, thanked me for being patient and so attentive. They explained pricing, surgery and everything else clearly where I had no questions when leaving. They even got me in for a deep cleaning at their other office so I didn’t have to hold up my gum surgery! I drove 40 minutes out of the way for this office and was most definitely well worth it!
